The Eastern Canada Paso Fino Horse Association held it's 7th Annual Mansfield Trail Ride the weekend of June 1st to 3rd, 2007. Denise and Peter Chandler organised the event again and did a fabulous job, thanks guys! The trailers arrived Friday night and we all settled the horses into temporary electric paddocks for the night.

We had great weather and a good turnout on Saturday. We divided ourselves into 2 groups, the slow ride and the fast ride, Sunday we rode as a single group.

Dr. Bob Wright was our guest speaker on Saturday night and gave a detailed presentation on all aspects of buying and feeding hay to our horses. Dr. Wright is a Veterinary Scientist with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food. He gave us an excellent presentation on all aspects of hay.
